ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Jeff Banks purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund on all orders subject to the conditions outlined below.

RETURN DELAYS
 As our team take a break, please allow a little longer for your return or exchange to be processed.

Orders arriving back to our warehouse between Friday 22nd December - Friday 5th January will be processed by 8th January. 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will happily provide a refund or exchange if:
• The goods are returned within 30 days 
• The goods are returned unworn in a clean, saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
• An online return submission is completed on our website for the product being returned

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under the law if the items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty.

We do not credit original shipping fees for a change of mind return. Our change of mind returns policy is an addition to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return. Please refer to “How to Return Your Items Online” for instructions.

Please note* For any Jeff Banks products that have not been purchased directly from the Jeff Banks site, the exchange or refund must be processed at the place of purchase and contact seller directly. 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S ONLINE

To request an Exchange or Return, please email info@jeffbanks.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Once you have emailed our team, we will be in touch within 3 business days. 
The email will contain an Australia Post link to download a pre-paid shipping label.
A $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.

 Please note our packaging is reusable in line with our sustainability efforts.
Refunds will be processed by our Team within 5 business days of your return being received by us. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCT

We are committed to honouring your rights under consumer laws. If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered, we will assist you to fix the problem. This may include a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the problem.  If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email an image of the fault to info@jeffbanks.com.au
